Burberry Prorsum let down.

I'm Phoebe Madeleine Wallwork and 12 years old. After persuasion from friends, and the fact that I was ill and terribly bored, I decided to create a blog. Fashion is a significant feature of my life, passed down from my mum, so I thought I felt obliged to voice my opinion.

Burberry Prorsum collection ss10 came as a surprise to all. The pastel and nude coloured, candy floss style collection excited me especially as I have always had a passion for this style. I loved the contrast of the perfectly hanging, draped skirts against the fierce accesories and how the nude ankle socks complimented the incredily high platforms perfectly. Moreover, I was thrilled to see a lavender fur coat!

However, Burberry Prorsum could not keep this up and based collection aw10 on military, what a let down. I have to admit, the start of the collection took a promsing, updated approach to the style, with unique structures and colours. I love both thse looks- the shape of the coat softens the outfit in the first look, the hint of yellow keeps it up to date and those boots :O Moreover, I love the coat in the second look. The bright yellow updates the classic bomber jacket and compliments the dress.
However, towards the end of the show Burberry resorted to the original double breasted, navy blue coats. Endless models walked down the catwalk in navy jackets, each with a tiny variation in shape. Moreover, I thought this season was all about double denim?
